The total living area of 93 sqm comprises an air-conditioned loft designed to be a bedroom and a spacious open-floor ground level for a living room, fully equipped kitchen, dinning area and bathroom. It is also possible, depending on the guest’s needs, to have an additional bedroom area on the ground level that is closed by curtain partitions.

The house interior features a spacious 4.5-meter-high vaulted ceiling with a large window panel directly facing the pool with a panoramic backdrop of rainforest.

Its private deck placed right in front of the swimming pool is a perfect spot for enjoying the sun and water, as well as the soothing view of the surrounding tropical forest.

Our cottage is located at the northern end of Phra-Ae Beach neighborhood (also known as Long Beach) in Koh Lanta Yai, on the mountain side of the main road where scenery is richer in tropical green with quieter surroundings than beach-front locations. Phra-Ae Beach, situated in the northern part of the island, is a beautiful crescent of sand and crystal-blue calm water about 4 km long. The distance to Phra Ae Beach is 7 minutes on foot. This distance is a perfect proximity to the beach while still remaining in a tranquil environment avoiding noises from beach parties and bars at night.

We are conveniently located close to Saladan Village, the commercial area of Ko Lanta where numerous banks, travel agencies, shops and restaurants can be found. Saladan, 5 km away from us, is also the arrival point of both the car and passenger ferries servicing from Krabi, Koh Phi Phi and Phuket.

We are also just 1 km away from Phra-Ae Village which is an attractive dining and nightlife area of the island where choices of Thai and international restaurants, exotic beach bars and clubs are located.

While our location offers accessibility to various amenities within the island, we are still well maintaining a very private and peaceful setting, with somewhat “remote” atmosphere. With no hotels or resorts occupying our immediate neighboring lands, the whole facility atmosphere is serene surrounded by tropical forest marked by a fine view of mountain. It is a perfect getaway of serenity for those who prioritize quietness, coziness and privacy.
